Post Secondary students looking to pay for their education make a perfect fit for Daylight Lease Maintenance due to the seasonal nature of mowing and spraying. There's always room for High School students with a valid driver's license for the months of July and August. No experience necessary, we will train all new hires.
Applicants who do not yet have H2S Alive and First Aid will still be considered for employment, provided they are willing and able to take the needed courses prior to the start of work.
CURRENT OPPORTUNITIES
Grass whip operators
Description: Run a grass trimmer/brush cutter in ditches and around facilities on oil and gas leases. Drive mower operators to their tractor. The work requires some physical ability, and basic navigation skills.
Requirements: H2S Alive, First Aid, Valid Driver’s License.
Mower Operator
Description: Run a tractor mower along roadsides and around facilities on oil and gas leases.
Requirements: H2S Alive, First Aid, Valid Driver’s License, previous tractor experience.
Herbicide Applicator
Description: Operate a 1-Ton spray truck, safely mix and apply herbicides, navigate oil-field roads, and fill out paperwork. Applicant must have excellent navigation, communication, driving skills and decent math abilities. Must be comfortable working alone.
Requirements: H2S Alive, First Aid, Valid Driver’s license.
